Job Responsibilities:

• Operate Card Management System, Middleware Switch, ATM and POS handler;
• Work on a different project related to ADC, Cards, and Digitalization;
• Provide different types of data for business analysis;
• Investigate different issues and provide Level 1 and 2 support;
• Test vendor-provided update and patch and deploy in production;
• Implement payment brand provided mandate like VISA, Master Card, JCB mandates;
• Application issue analysis and root cause finding and solve by working with the vendor;
• Develop and maintain documentation for Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery;
• SQL scriptwriting to fetch data from the database as per business requirement;
• Any other task assigned by the supervisor

Eligibilities:
Educational Requirements :

M.Pharm from any well-reputed University.
