• Educational Qualification: A Bachelor’s degree in any stream is required from a recognized University/Institute.
• Local Language: Applicants should be familiar with the local language mentioned for the respective RRB.

• Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with at least 50% marks from a recognized University or Institute.
• Candidates with qualifications in Banking, Finance, Marketing, Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing & Cooperation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics or Accountancy may receive preference.
• The applicant should have 2 years of experience working as an Officer in a Bank or Financial Institution.

• Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Communication, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from a recognized University/Institute, securing at least 50% marks.
• Preference may be given to applicants holding certificates in ASP, PHP, C++, Java, VB, VC, OCP, or similar computer-related technologies.
• Applicants must also possess at least 1 year of relevant work experience.

• Applicants who have successfully cleared the CA Examination conducted by ICAI, India can apply for this position.
• Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience as a Chartered Accountant.

• Applicants should possess a Law degree or an equivalent qualification from a recognized University, with at least 50% marks in aggregate.

The selection procedure for IBPS RRB 15th Recruitment 2026 will be conducted through the following stages:

• Preliminary Examination: Applicable to all posts.
• Main Examination: Conducted for Officer Scale-I and Office Assistant posts.
• Interview: Applicable to Officer Scale-I, Officer Scale-II and Officer Scale-III posts.
• Document Verification: Candidates who qualify the required stages will undergo verification of their documents.
